We’ve teamed up with authentic collection of Thai restaurants, Thai Square, to offer two lucky readers the chance to win a fabulous meal for two at the newly reopened Thai Square Islington.


Shortlisted for ‘Restaurant of the Year’ at the inaugural British Restaurant Awards, Thai Square incorporates contemporary finishes with authentic Thai artefacts and pops of red and golden hues, creating a homely and welcoming feel. Dishes include classic curries and stir fries, alongside the popular ‘Drunken Duck’ served with chillies, long beans, peppers, basil leaves and a hint of whiskey; and spicy steamed Seabass cooked with lemongrass, lime leaves, garlic, and chilli sauce served on a bed of seasonal vegetables.

The a la carte menu features Thai favourites like tender Lamb Massaman Curry packed full of potatoes and peanuts; Weeping Tiger – a succulent sirloin of beef marinated in Thai Square’s chilli sauce and Pad Thai filled with juicy prawns, crushed peanuts and bean sprouts. There is also a selection of Thai Square specialities like Poh Tak Soup – a delicious seafood broth packed full of lemongrass, fresh lime leaves, Thai basil and Thai chillies; hot and spicy Drunken Noodles, stir fried with beef, fresh chillies and Thai basil leaves and Golden Soft Shell Crab crispy fried and topped with yellow curry sauce, eggs, onions and celery.
